TV Mount Hero provides professional TV mounting services in South Florida, including:
- TV mounting and installation
- Cable management and concealment
- Soundbar installation
- Wall bracket installation
2. Booking and scheduling
By booking our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your TV and mounting requirements
- Ensure access to the installation area
- Be available during the scheduled service time
- Provide a safe working environment for our technicians
3. Pricing and payment
Our pricing is based on:
- TV size and type
- Mount type (fixed, tilting, or full-motion)
- Wall type and complexity
- Additional services requested
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, card, and Zelle.
4. Warranty
We provide a 2-year workmanship warranty on all installations, covering:
- Mounting hardware installation
- Cable management work
- Soundbar installation
The warranty does not cover damage to the TV or other equipment not caused by our installation.
5. Liability
TV Mount Hero is not liable for:
- Pre-existing wall damage or structural issues
- Damage to equipment not caused by our installation
- Electrical issues beyond our control
- Consequences of improper TV use after installation
6. Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
